Use of an endoclip device and a maryland. Grab the peritoneum with the maryland, then fire the endoclip, keep the endoclip squeezed to hold the tissue while you move the maryland along the line of the closure and regrab the next piece of peritoneum. Repeat until rent is closed. Video
